With a background as a theatre director and an acting teacher, my coaching journey began working first with actors and other artists, and then with people called upon to perform in real life – such as leaders and CEOs, in the area of presentation skills, voice, and stage fright.
Next I expanded my practice to include politicians, university professors, and stand-up comedians. I witnessed at first-hand how life-changing some one-one support can be for people who are already high-achieving professionals.
I am a white, straight, cis-gendered, bilingual English woman with a couple of ‘invisible’ disabilities. As such, I strive to be aware of the privilege that I carry, and seek to work in allyship with my clients and to respect every aspect of their identity.
Whether you are a white, or racialized, or Indigenous person; or queer or trans, or a woman or a man or a non-binary person; or someone who is differently abled or who has a non-typical body, I will work pro-actively, with respect and humility, with and for you, to understand and support your unique experience and needs in relation to the aspirations you have for living your best life.

I also learned from personal experience how enabling and empowering it can be to seek customized, focused help in some areas of my own life. I went through a life crisis: a cancer diagnosis, and a burn out, along with other challenges in mid-life led me to reassess what I wanted.
A cycle of sessions with an experienced coach led me to reflect and to begin to make some profound changes in my life: my decision to become certified with the International Coaching Federation was one of these. The training process for that was rigorous, humbling, and demanding.
Now I have a rewarding coaching practice, in which I am lucky enough to work with an amazing array of fascinating clients. Coaching brought me to the place that I want to be, doing constructive and stimulating work with people I respect and admire: these days, I’m truly living my best life.
